Change, leaders can include the most important element--- its people.
Change management is a structured and intentional approach to support people through change.
It prepares and supports people through organizational change efforts such as implementation of new software, a new organizational structure, and execution of a project. There’s always room for improving the people side of change. It takes preparation, a level of commitment to drive the change, and a structured approach.
The next time you’re looking to implement change, take a moment to consider the impact on the people and what you can do differently.
